I am here to say THANK YOU! Your software is great!!!
When I read the description of the recipe program, I thought it was too good to be true (the price, the ability of the software, etc.). I even called your company by telephone to ask if I understood the promotional information correctly.
Upon receiving it and using it, I have discovered that every bit of it is true! (I LOVE the nutritional calculation feature!) Thanks so much for your product and for keeping it affordable, too!
1 large container cottage cheese
1 pound ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup - 1 cups parmesan cheese
1 pound spaghetti
Put water on to boil for the pasta, then start browning the ground beef. When pasta is done cooking drain it well in a small bowl scramble the eggs and Parmesan cheese together just enough so that you can see the Parmesan through out the egg. Then add this mixture to the pasta and stir it well! Make sure it covers the noodles well. Then add your spaghetti sauce to the ground beef let that heat up. While that is going on take the pasta and put it in a pie baking dish and form a crust with it. Fill the center with cottage cheese and then when sauce is ready put that over the cottage cheese. Add Mozzarella to the top of your pie if you like when its almost ready to come out of the oven. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes to an hour. This could make two pies.
*Use your spaghetti leftovers and you can skip step one.
