Serves: 10
1 16-ounce container whipping cream or heavy cream
1 8-ounce can or 16-ounce can pineapple tidbits, well drained (depending on how much you prefer)
1/2 to 3/4 bag miniature marshmallows (again depends on taste)
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Whip cream till almost stiff, add vanilla and cream of tarter and continue beating till stiff. Fold in pineapple and marshmallows and serve. This makes enough for 2-3 pies.
