1 1/2 cups turkey gravy
   1 pound turkey sausages, cooked and crumbled
   2 cups turkey breast, cooked and shredded
   1 cup celery, finely sliced
   2 12-inch pre-baked pizza shells
   2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
   1 teaspoon thyme
   1 teaspoon sage
   1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
On each pizza crust: Spread half of gravy, arrange half of sausage, turkey and celery, sprinkle half a teaspoon of each spice, and evenly spread one cup of cheese over each pizza.
Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
