Ingredients:
1 cup | butter |
1 cup | sugar |
1 cup | brown sugar |
2 | eggs |
1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon | baking powder |
1 teaspoon | baking soda |
3 1/2 cups | flour |
1 cup | white chocolate chips (chunks) |
1/3 cup | chopped macadamia nut |
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in order given and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
When giving the cookie dough as a gift simply roll the dough into 1 1/2 inch logs and wrap the dough, Tootsie-Roll style in wax paper or parchment paper, twisting ends to seal and place in a freezer bag. Dough will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week and in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees, remove logs from wrapping and slice into 1/4 inch slices with a sharp knife. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
