Belgian Endive, Kiwi, and Orange Salad

Ingredients

4 cups combination of Belgian edive, purple radicchio, and baby spinach
1 cup kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
1 cup orange segments
1/4 cup raw pistachio nut shelled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Directions:

1. Divide greens and radicchio between two salad plates.
2. Top plates with fruit.
3. Add pistachio nuts and dressing.
