Apples and Cheese

Ingredients

10 apples peeled and sliced
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sleeve of ritz cracker
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

Simmer apples in boiling water until tender. Remove from water, drain and place a layer in a buttered casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes.
