Bourbon Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients

2 pork tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Mustard Sauce:
1 tablespoon dry mustard
Dijon style mustard to taste
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 egg yolk
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Marinate tenderloins in remaining ingredients for up to 2 hours before baking. Bake 1–1 1/2 hours at 325°; cool to room temperature.

Mustard Sauce:
Combine ingredients in top of double boiler and cook until thick. Serve at room temperature with sliced tenderloins.
