Shake Dressing ingredients together.
Salad:
Cook fettuccine al dente; drain and toss with Dressing. Add onion, capers, olives, and basil. Just before serving, toss with spinach and transfer to a serving bowl lined with extra spinach leaves. Top with tomatoes and serve at room temperature.
