Pita Pierogie Pizza

Ingredients

1 cup mashed potatoes
pita round
1 tablespoon green onion, sliced
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Spread potatoes on pita; sprinkle with green onion and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, until heated through.

Tip: Have your loaf and eat it too! As soon as you bring home bread from the bakery, wrap half in plastic wrap and freeze. It'll keep its fresh-baked taste for 2 to 3 months…just thaw at room temperature.
