Combine butter and cream in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until butter melts and cream bubbles around edge, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Stir until smooth. Stir in egg yolk. Add orange zest and Grand Marnier; mix well. Chill until firm. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in baking cocoa or chopped pecans to coat.
May microwave butter, cream, and chocolate in a microwave safe dish on MEDIUM until melted. Stir until smooth. Proceed as above.
