Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a one-pint glass jar. Shake well; refrigerate sauce for at least 24 hours. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, brushing generously with sauce.
Tip: Turn an old wheelbarrow into a grill! Insulate it with 6 inches of gravel or sand and cover with heavy aluminum foil. Top with charcoal…a grill that goes anywhere!
