Ambrosia Toss Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 can fruit cocktail, drain, reserving juice
1 large orange peeled, cut, & added to fruit cocktail
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cups (Salad greens) lettuce

Directions:

Add coconut to fruit cocktail mix and stir till blended. Mix 1/2 c. mayo. With 2T reserved fruit cocktail juice. When ready to serve, mix fruit & mayonnaise mixture together and serve over salad greens.
