1. In large mixing bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into a loaf in ungreased loaf pan.
2. Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Spread over top of loaf.
3. Bake at 350°F for 65 minutes drain off any liquid. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
