Roll pastry and fit into 12" pizza pan, 3/4" deep. Press against pan sides and trim even with top. Bake on lowest rack of 425 degree oven for 5 minutes. Gently press bubbles down. In wide frying pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp (or microwave) drain and crumble. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with sour cream and parsley until smooth pour over pizza. Return to lowest oven rack and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned.
