Scrub potatoes and cut in half. Place in saucepan with 2 inches of water and bring to boil on high heat. Reduce to low heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain. Sprinkle with salt and peper. Serve with gravy.
