Notes from Folks
· Hi Dan! I tried the Ginger-Pumpkin dessert on the CD, with a variation you might try. I made individual servings, by placing them in lightly buttered muffin cups and freezing. When they were solidly frozen, I removed them from the pan and placed them on chilled plates for serving, and back into the freezer to stay until serving time! No delay or melting allowed! We also made them up a couple days ahead, and put them in zipped plastic bags. Reduces some of the hectic rush to prepare for company or family and a fantastic presentation garnished with a couple of sugared mint leaves placed on the plates just before serving. A no bake dessert that is delicious. Thank You! --Nancy Rodriquez
