Making Daily Use of Last Month's Charts
Your latest newsletter arrived with very timely topics. I've been working part-time after years of working full-time, and have been enjoying trying new recipes and spending a lot of time in the kitchen. I've been making two or three meals on my off days, putting them in the freezer for the days I work and the weekends. Whenever possible, I've made double of whatever to save for next month, etc. Your "Storage Life of Frozen Food", the wrapping and thawing articles will be of great help! I copied the inventory table into a Word document, added rows and after printing it, laminated it and put it on the freezer with a marker and grease pencil. I can update it anytime I take something out or put something in! Thanks for the great info.
