Flavoring Even the Thickest Cuts of Meat

         Dear Dan,

I have marinated turkeys and other meats for smoking and have something you might also want to mention about thicker cuts of meat. I use a needle to inject the meat. That way the flavor is spread out more evenly in thicker cuts then can be done through just sitting in a marinade. I like your newsletter and hope this suggestion can be of some use for you.
