Lazy-Man's Blackberry Cobbler
Have you ever heard of a recipe for a cobbler called "Lazy man's blackberry cobbler?"
Thank you,
Catherine
Hi Catherine,
I didn't find any recipes named "Lazy man's" but did find blackberry cobbler recipes named "Easy!"
I'm assuming it's the same thing! I don't think a lazy-man's cobbler could be easier than the first recipe listed!
Enjoy!

EASY BLACKBERRY COBBLER
6-8 cups blackberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Combine blackberries and 1/2 cup sugar; spoon into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, but with half the water called for. Pour over fruit.
Combine cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar; sprinkle over batter. Bake in 350-degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the center of the batter is no longer shiny.
