Fruiting Up Gelatin Salads


When using canned fruit, don't discard the juice. Instead, freeze it. Then, when you make up a gelatin salad, use the juice as part of the cooking liquid. This works for all juices except pineapple. Save that for morning smoothies or as a quick refresher while you cook.
