What's your biggest Muffin problem?

I was intrigued by the Talkin' Muffins article. To tell you the truth, I didn't know there was so much to making a really good muffin.

Then, I got to thinking about some of the tough, crumbly muffins I've had and realized that it's true...there are many people who make common mistakes when making them. I hope this article has helped you and that this issue has inspired you to go bake some muffins!
