Email Recipes

The ability to share recipes by e-mailing them to family and friends was one of my favorite features of Cook’n. But, because of spammers, more and more mail service providers require authentication before accepting outgoing mail.

Since Cook’n did not have the ability to authenticate, many of the e-mail messages were not getting through.

Well, we found a way around the problem. My lead developer, Ken Ebert, came up with a solution. I just added the new functionality and uploaded a new version. Feel free to download this update for free by running Cook'n and clicking Internet|Update Cook’n.
