Mashed Potato Time Saver
Another holiday tip: peel potatoes the night before dinner, add 1 tbs. lemon juice, place infridge, in the morning pour off cold water, add hot water, salt and 1 tbs. lemon juice, boil, mash, just add a little extra sour cream or milk, place in small crock pot on warm. I love this tip!
Lemon just keeps potatoes nice and white.

Also, stuffing can be made a few days ahead; I put mine in a fancy bundt pan well sprayed with Pam, looks lovely on table. |
