Soup Saver
I enjoyed your newest newsletter and found some great tips.
Here is another one. Since we are on a low fat and low salt diet I do the following: For cream soups I always use fat free half & half. It adds the creaminess without the fat calories. I use frozen vegetables when I don't have fresh. That way you also eliminate the salt that is found in the canned varieties.
