Cakes For A Crowd

I have made all kinds of decorated cakes for my 3 kids and several grandchildren.

When I need to make a large cake for a large group I put two 9" X 13" cakes together on a large bread board and cover it with aluminum foil. It's very sturdy (better than finding cardboard), very clean, and Handy. I usually draw a popular figure on it after frosting it, then fill in the drawing with many different colors of frosting.

Time consuming but a labor of love. But then isn't that what cakes are all about...love?!
