Toasty Tortilla Chips
Large flour tortillas
Cooking spray
Salt or cinnamon & sugar
Let the kids use cookie cutters to cut shapes
from a large flour tortilla.
Arrange the shapes on a baking sheet, lightly coat with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt or cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes. Serve with dip or salsa.

Strawberry-Mango Salsa
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 fresh mangos, diced
2 pints strawberries, diced
Fresh mint leaves
Stir together vinegar and juices in a large bowl. Gently fold in mangos and strawberries until blended. Garnish with fresh mint. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
