The Beauty of Parchment

I just watched on of your videos from the archives.
I would like to offer you 2 suggestions for your wife for Christmas.
I have been baking forever and two things that have saved me enormous time in the kitchen are Parchment Paper and Portion scoops (they look like Ice cream scoops but in different sizes).
The parchment helps keep things from sticking in or on the pan. I use it everywhere, when making bar cookies, in cake pans, on cookie trays etc. I will try to find someone from a restaurant and just buy a big box of flat parchment which lasts forever!
The portion scoops, like I said come in many sizes and can be ordered from a good cooking store, they are wonderful for making cookies, and are always part of any gift baskets I give for a new home, along with a french silplat mat, and some of my favorite recipes.
