Cooking While Camping Poll

I love to reminisce about the good old days, going camping up the canyon as a child. My brother, sisters, and I have such wonderful memories of our childhoods in nature.

Along with the joys as a child, comes all the work as an adult and I must say that somehow the dirt, campfire smoke, and burnt marshmallows had so much more appeal when we were younger.

Despite that, I am anxious for my kids to get a little older so we can venture out into the outdoors with them. Just thinking about camping again, makes me have so much appreciation for my mother and father who had to deal with all the details of the journey. For instance, cooking without a kitchen!

There are many options to feeding the crowd when in nature. So, all you camping pros... and novices, what's your favorite cooking method?
