If I am making the sauce at home, it is redsauce with ground beef. But if we are eating out, my husband orders the redsauce with sausage and I have what one restaurant calls Bare Naked. It is a sauce of hot olive oil with finely minced garlic, a little finely minced basil and some black pepper. It is great on pasta but is also good cold on salad.
