Homemade Crackers

I have been looking for cracker recipes for more than a year. I could not find even one! Now you give me 2!!! Thank you. Now if I could only find a recipe for "cheese straws". They are a cracker-like thing about 5 inches by 1, flat.

Thank you for writing - you made my day! I'm so glad you are excited about the cracker recipes. Me too! I will find a recipe for CHEESE STRAWS. My first guess is that the cheese cracker recipe I have could likely be rolled very thin to 5 inch strips and cut into narrow strips. But that aside, I'll look and when I find one, I'll email it to you.
