Zucchini Brownie Sub
Hello,
I know this may be strange, but can anyone tell me what I can substitute for Bisquik in the Zucchini Brownies Recipe (the one in the newsletter last month) & just not use Baking Soda? thanks for your help :)
Jane
Hi Jane,
If you wanted to do so, you'd need to use the baking mix to replace the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and oil.
Since so many ingredients are deleted, I think the results would be questionable. If you like to experiment then you could have fun working the recipe around the use of Bisquick. It would be better to use a Bisquick based brownie recipe as a guide and add zucchini and chocolate chips to it, than to twist this recipe into a Bisquick based one.
