Can I add a member onto my Family Plan that already has a membership?



QUESTION:

Can I add a member onto my Family Plan that already has a membership? How can I turn this off?



ANSWER:

As explained in the promotional email that we sent, the Family Plan "includes 5 accounts for family members who are new to Cook'n, terms apply."

The terms explained on the landing page say:

You can add anyone you like to your Family Plan account. The person can be a family member OR a friend. They do NOT have to be a family member. However, if the person has already purchased a Cook'n Membership previously, they cannot be added to your account. Only those who have never purchased a membership before can be added to your Family Plan account.

If the user is not "new to Cook'n" and already has an active membership, they cannot be added to a Family Plan account.
