QUESTION:

Today I upgraded from Standard to Premium. My annual standard subscription renewed on July 15th and my credit card was charged at that time. Will I just be charged for the upgrade to premium ($50) today. Since I already paid $100, I don't think I should be charged the whole $150.

Also, I absolutely love your software.

I see that you upgraded from Standard Annual to Premium Annual. Since you recently paid $99.50 for your Standard Membership, your upgrade to Premium was prorated. You were only charged the difference which was $46.72.
