Rhubarb Dump Cake

The unique taste of rhubarb has long been popular with strawberry. This easy rhubarb dump cake features a wonderful pairing of the two.

Ingredients:
4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 ounces strawberry gelatin
1 package white cake mix
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange rhubarb in greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine sugar and gelatin powder; sprinkle over rhubarb. Sprinkle dry cake mix over gelatin mixture. Pour hot water over cake mix (do not stir). Drizzle with butter.

Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
