1 16-ounce package hot roll mix
1 cup hot water
5 tablespoons butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tablespoons roasted garlic from a jar
14 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Prepare dough according to package directions with water, butter, 1 egg and salt adding garlic.
3. Melt remaining butter; reserve
4. Divide dough evenly into 12 pieces
5. Divide each piece into thirds
6. Dip each piece halfway into reserved butter; place 3 pieces buttered-side down into each muffin cup
7. Cover, let rise until doubled, around 30 minutes
8. Beat remaining egg; brush over dough.
9 Sprinkle with parsley and bake 25 minutes or until golden brown
