No More Crumbled Brownies
To make sure brownies come out of the pan neatly, press a large piece of foil into the baking pan, fitting the foil neatly (and squarely) into the corners of the pan. Press the overhanging foil around the exterior of the pan. Grease the foil with cooking spray. Once the brownies have cooled completely, use the foil to move the brownies from the pan to a cutting board. Smart, huh?
A Cute Idea!
Here's something fun for children that love pancakes: batter cooked as the children's initials. Use a plastic syringe-type medicine doser. Draw the batter directly up the barrel and, by slowly depressing the plunger with your thumb, you'll have perfect control when creating the initials, as well as perfect initials. Smart, Huh?
