1 3-ounce package strawberry jello
1 8-ounce package cottage cheese small curd (1 cup)
1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries sliced, thawed
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup frozen whipped topping thawed
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange segments drained
In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cottage cheese. Stir in strawberries with syrup. Gently stir in marshmallows, whipped topping and orange segments until blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
