Dovetailing Tips: As you prepare your chicken for the grill you may opt to prepare it for Wednesday and or Friday as well. Just slice 1 1/4 pound into thin strips for Chicken Alfredo on Friday. Wednesday it needs to be precooked and cubed so if you want to take the time to cook it up tonight you can save yourself the hassle Wednesday. Otherwise just cube it today, while you are already working with raw chicken, and toss it in to cook Wednesday. It is always nice to handle raw chicken as few times as necessary!
You can also slice and extra bunch of green onions today to toss into Mexican Salad on Wednesday.
Dovetailing Tip: If you precooked your chicken Monday then you are already well on your way. Hopefully, you at least have it cut so this meal will be quick. Toss the presliced green onions into your Mexican Salad and enjoy a yummy dinner with lots of time saved!
