8 cups broccoli, cut into flowerets and steamed
3/4 cup vegetable bouillon cube, broth
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed or pressed
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1. Steam broccoli and place in a large bowl.
2. Whisk together vegetable broth and next four ingredients. Pour over broccoli and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
