Dovetailing Tips:Spend a couple of extra minutes chopping onions and celery and grate extra cheese tonight and it will mean lots of time savings this whole week.
Make sure to include enough onions for Thursday's soup and Tuesday's pizza (if desired). The celery and the cheese you dovetail today will be for Thursday so just keep it in a baggie and it will be ready for your soup later in the week!
Dovetailing Tips: You will be grating parmesan and mozzarella cheeses today. Grate extra to use Wednesday and Friday. The parmesan will be used for both evenings and the mozzarella just on Friday. If you chose to precut onions for your pizza today, don't forget to use them!
Dovetailing Tip: The rest of this week will include broccoli so put in an extra two minutes and you will save loads of time Thursday and Friday. Also, don't forget to use the cheese you already grated for tonight to get your dinner on the table even faster.
