I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Chilled Nectarine Dessert

Serves: 4


        

  Download this recipe.

3 or 4 nectarines or peaches, cut up (2 cups)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup vanilla yogurt (8 oz.) or honey-flavored yogurt
1/4 cup almonds sliced or chopped pecans


In a medium bowl, toss nectarines and brown sugar. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.

Spoon into four small dessert dishes. Top each with yogurt. Sprinkle with almonds.
