Monday

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Dovetailing Tips: Dovetailing will be pretty simple this week, but as always we have made sure to chop onions only once this week. As much as I love the flavor, I can do without the tears! Today's recipe calls for one sliced onion. As long as you are crying in your stroganoff you might as well chop 2 1/2 cups for Paella and Hamburger Cabbage Casserole and cut 8 onions into wedges for Kabobs on Wednesday. Toss them in a bag that is labelled for each day and you will be so glad you did when you don't have to chop them later!

As you are slicing mushrooms clean up 8 extras and set them aside for the Kabobs on Wednesday. Then you can just grab them and slide them on since you already had them out today anyway.


Tuesday

Wednesday

Party Paella
Grilled Vegetable Kabobs
Tres Leches Cake

Dovetailing Tips: You will use 1 1/2 cups of chopped onions and the 8 cubed onions today. Aren't you glad you already cut those? You also have mushrooms ready to kabob!

Now to get ahead for tomorrow go ahead and chop an extra cup of pecans. This will come in handy when you preapre Caramel-Apple Sundae Cake tomorrow. Yum!


Thursday

Hamburger Cabbage Casserole
Mashed Potatoes
Caramel-Apple Sundae Cake

Dovetailing Tips: Use that last cup of chopped onions and your pecans today!


Friday

Broiled Fish Steaks
Lemon Rice
Glazed Lemon Bars
