I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Cheddar Bread

Serves: 6


Download this recipe.

1 loaf or 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed
1 egg beaten
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons dry ranch salad dressing mix
2 teaspoons parsley flakes, if desired


Cut dough into 1-inch pieces. In a medium sized bowl, toss dough pieces with egg. Add cheese, ranch dressing and parsley flakes and mix well. Place dough mixture on a cutting board and chop with a sharp knife into smaller pieces. Make sure mixture is well combined.

Place in a sprayed 4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch bread pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to the top of the pan. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
