1 pound beef flank steaks
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1. Combine steak, dressing, vinegar, and pepper in plastic food-storage bag. Secure with twist tie and marinate 10 minutes.
2. Preheat grill.
3. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any excess marinade.
4. Grill steak 6-inches from heat for 4 minutes each side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
