1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce, roughly torn
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/8 cucumber (2 slices)
1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon chives, chopped
1 teaspoon sunflower kernels
1. Toss all the vegetables together and top with the remaining ingredients.
