Monday
Dovetailing Tips: Garlic is the star of the show this week and that means you will be mincing away today! Garlic can be kept for up to a week in the fridge, without any added oil, so you can get it all minced and sliced today and save big time all week long! You will want to mince 5 cloves and slice one clove. I know that sounds like a lot of flavor (and possibly bad breath), but it will go in to lots of fabulous recipes this week.
Also get ahead by chopping an additional 1/2 cup of onions. You are already doing 2 cups for tonight, so it won't really be extra work at all and you will be so glad you have it on Thursday!
Tuesday
Dovetailing Tips: Use your garlic stockpile for this tasty entree!
Wednesday
