Chicken Cordon Bleu Sauce
Serves 6
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter3 tablespoons flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup hot water
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
salt and pepper
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour with wire whisk. Gradually pour in milk stirring constantly until smooth. Add bouillon to water and stir until dissolved. Stir into milk mixture and bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
