Monday


Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: Let's save some time this week! First, you will be cutting up broccoli today and you can get way ahead by preparing an extra pound and a half. So, you will be washing and cutting a total of 2 1/2 pounds of broccoli spears and crowns. Use 1 poud today and save the rest for tomorrow's soup. One other simple tak today is chop an extra cup of pecans while you are chopping. Set aside the extras for Thursday. It will be delicious on the Apple Crunch!


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: Your efforts are already paying off. All of your broccoli should be ready for the soup! Keep paying it forward by chopping to extra onions today. You will use one tomorrow and one Friday (if you chose to use a Vidalia or other special onion, consider that now!). Also, grate 3/4 cup of Parmesan and use 1/2 cup today and save the additional to add to your green beans Friday. This will leave a little extra, so you can save it or add extra to the beans. Who doesn't love a little extra cheese?


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Onion and nuts are ready to be used! Today's pay it forward item is cheddar cheese. Just grate an extra cup. Easy enough, right?
