Ham Fried Rice
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup diced ham
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cups cooked rice
1 egg, beaten
In large skillet melt butter. Sauté onion and green pepper until soft. Add remaining ingredients except egg. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in egg and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
