Dovetailing Tips: Today is the day that will get you ahead for the whole week. You will be chopping onion and grating cheeses for this meal, so why not add a little today and cut out those stpes later on? Chop two large onions. Use one today and store the other for Friday.
When you shred today's cheese go ahead and shred an additional 1/4 cup each of parmesan and mozzarella. You will use the extra tomorrow and Thursday.
